In Edwin Espejo's special report for InterAksyon.com, he revealed that boxer-lawmaker Manny Pacquiao's brother, Rogelio or “Roel,” filed his Certificate of Candidacy and "formalized his bid to represent the first district of South Cotabato." Meanwhile, Pacquiao is the incumbent congressman of Sarangani and is seeking reelection in the 2013 polls. Pacquiao's wife Jinkee is running for vice governor of Sarangani.

Great. Another incompetant to lead the Philippines down its continuing path to obscurity and mockery. Filipinos are and will continue to be their own worst enemy. My heart breaks for the poor and helpless.
