Boise State’s year got off to something of a rough start. The Broncos lost to Michigan State by four, they beat a weak BYU squad 7-6, and then they squeaked out a tight victory over an overrated New Mexico bunch. A lot of people noted that this wasn’t the same Boise State group we had grown accustomed to seeing over the past few years – and they were right.All that said, and all criticism duly noted, there is no denying that this team has been finding ways to win ever since Week 1. It may not be coming in dominant fashion but, last time we checked, a win was still a win.
This week, Boise State will play their homecoming game versus UNLV. As part of the festivities, the Broncos are going to trot out slick black uniforms.
